Basically, what we offer is Return on Investment. We will recruit for you the top talent available. All searches are conducted in the strictest of confidence. When potential candidates are identified each is given a complete description of the company and the specific job duties and responsibilities or is given as much information as the client has authorized to be released. The candidate must give their permission to be presented to the client. Only with permission is the resume sent to the client. Our candidates are pre-screened for every position. The client company pays our fees. Our fee structure will be presented and discussed with each hiring manager before the start of the search.
We offer three types of Searches.
- Contingency Basis. This is when the Client pays 100% of the fee upon completion of the search and placement of a candidate.
- Exclusive Basis. The Client pays 100% on the completion of the search. Employment Plus will be the only source used to fill this position. Employment Plus will present 3 qualified candidates within 30 days.
- Retained Basis. Client Pays 1/3 of the total fee at the start of the search and the balance when the successful candidate accepts the offer.
